Welcome to Cult Football. These Terms & Conditions explain the conditions under which you may use our website and purchase products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Our Products

Cult Football specialises in original vintage football shirts, pre-owned football clothing, teamwear and officially licensed retro reissues.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements and condition information.

Original vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of previous use, ageing or storage. Where relevant, these characteristics are described in individual product listings.

Some products feature existing player names, numbers, sponsor logos or other printing. These are supplied as part of the advertised product. We do not offer a customer-specific printing service.

Official retro reissues are distinguished from original period shirts wherever applicable.

Where an item is described as match worn, match issued or player issued, the description reflects the information and evidence reasonably available to us.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Many original vintage products are individual items with limited availability.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock records across our sales channels. However, occasional discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where possible or refund the unavailable item.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website in the selected currency.

Applicable taxes included in or added to the displayed price will be shown as required.

Shipping charges and any duties or taxes collected by us will be displayed before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using an available payment method at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt.

A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we accept your order, normally by sending a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment already received for the affected goods.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, payment problems, suspected fraud or a material listing error.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless an expressly guaranteed service is offered and selected.

We remain responsible for delivering goods in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. International Orders and Customs

We sell to international customers, subject to delivery availability and applicable restrictions.

Depending on the destination and delivery service, import duties and taxes may be collected at checkout.

This is available for certain destinations, including eligible EU and US deliveries, but is not guaranteed for every country or order.

Where import duties, taxes or customs charges are not collected at checkout, customers may be required to pay them to their local customs authority or delivery provider.

Customers are responsible for applicable charges not included in their order, subject to applicable law.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Eligible consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Customers must then return cancelled goods within 14 days of notifying us.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for direct return postage costs where this has been disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits.

Refunds, including applicable standard outbound delivery costs, are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and statutory requirements.

These cancellation arrangements do not restrict your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

9. Condition, Sizing and Care

Vintage clothing sizing can differ from modern sizing standards.

We recommend checking the measurements provided in individual listings rather than relying solely on the manufacturer's size label.

Older fabrics, badges, sponsor applications, player printing and other materials may require particular care.

Please follow applicable garment-care instructions and exercise appropriate care when handling or cleaning vintage products.

Normal ageing or characteristics accurately disclosed before purchase do not automatically indicate a defect. However, nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights regarding product quality, description or fitness for purpose.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

We aim to ensure that all products correspond to their descriptions and meet applicable consumer standards.

If you believe you have received faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods, please contact info@cultfootball.co.uk.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and up to date.

Occasional errors may occur in descriptions, availability or other content. Where an error materially affects a purchase, we will take reasonable steps to resolve it.

Product photographs form part of the listing information, although differences in screen settings may affect colour appearance.

Unless otherwise indicated, original Cult Football branding, website text, graphics and other content created by or belonging to Cult Football are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party trademarks, club badges, manufacturer names and other identifying marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce protected content without the relevant rights holder's authorisation.

Consumers ordinarily resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or internationally retain any mandatory protections afforded by the laws applicable to them.
