RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Buyers have the right to change their mind on any purchase. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase. This does not include the removing of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags if the shirt is BNWT.
All returned items must be dispatched within 14 days of an advice of return email.
Unfortunately it isn’t currently possible to drop off items at our office.
If you’re using your own chosen carrier to return, we cannot be held responsible for goods not received, therefore we strongly recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note and us aware of the tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 2/3 working days for your return to be processed once we receive it. We cannot process any refund or credit prior to receipt.
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or the PayPal account used to place the order.
