Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cult Football, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We carefully inspect, photograph and describe our products so that you know what to expect, particularly when purchasing original vintage and pre-owned football clothing.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the cancellation period normally begins when the final item is received.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email info@cultfootball.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this policy, although this is not compulsory.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returning Your Item

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. However, we ask that products, particularly vintage football shirts, are handled carefully and returned with any original tags, labels and accompanying accessories where applicable.

We may make a deduction from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods has reduced their value, as permitted by law.

Refunds

When you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods, together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable.

Additional charges for upgraded or express delivery are not normally refundable beyond the equivalent standard delivery cost.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Vintage and Pre-Owned Products

Our collection includes original vintage football shirts, pre-owned teamwear and officially licensed retro reissues.

Vintage and pre-owned products may naturally show signs of age, previous use or storage. We aim to describe these characteristics accurately through individual product photographs, condition descriptions and measurements.

Some shirts feature existing player names, numbers and other printing. These form part of the stocked product as advertised. We do not offer a customer-specific printing service.

Purchasing a vintage or pre-owned item does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items

If your purchase arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us at info@cultfootball.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs are helpful when assessing a problem, although providing them is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.

We will work with you to provide the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement.

Where goods do not conform to the contract and a return is necessary, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

International Returns

Customers outside the United Kingdom should contact us before returning an item so that we can provide suitable instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Customs documentation should accurately identify returned merchandise to help avoid unnecessary import charges.

Any refund of customs duties or import taxes paid directly to local authorities or delivery providers may need to be requested from the relevant organisation.

Additional mandatory consumer rights may apply in your country and are not excluded by this policy.
